SGC365 - Day 8 – Set up some short term, daily or weekly goals.


To get started on the big changes, we have to start with small ones. Set little goals each week and month through the off season. Commit to one yoga session per week, or a bike ride, or go and hit balls. Study the game for an hour a week or practice gripping a golf club. Pick a day and schedule it.
