SG365 - Day 26 – Core Strength is the start of it all.

I’ve already advocated adding Yoga into your lives, but just as important is developing a stronger core. Core strength is vital for a strong, balanced and controlled golf swing. Not only will it help stabilize you through the swing but it also can alleviate lower back pain. It assists with spine alignment, can help your flexibility and reduce the risk of injury when golfing or performing other activities. Again, it’s not about becoming a superhero or modeling yourself on the Koepka’s and DeChambeau’s of the world. Just take a little time out of your week to strengthen your core and over time, you’ll see the benefits. #corestrength #fitness365 #synergygolf365 #golffit #golf #oakville
